The more time spent in planning for others to do,

the less time is left for all, to do the things that need to be done.

the less time left to do the things that need to be done,

even less time is left for for 'growing'....

perhaps if more time is given to 'growing'

will less be needed to be done?

======================

what is obvious is not obvious?

..... or one chooses to be oblivious?

==============================================

In mathematics and economics, any model set up would have some basic assumptions.

When a "growth model" is set up for teachers,

what do you reckon are the basic assumptions?

=============================================

Instead of growth model, how about more role models?

Example is better than precept...

get back to the basics....

go back to classrooms....
